Hey there.

I'm Sean, a developer currently in Knoxville. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, I've been learning to build things that push my capabilities to result in projects that I can be proud of while providing a useful service.

I got my start with making simple "Choose Your Own Adventure" games with the most inefficient system that consisted of what felt like endless layers of nested if statements. I had no idea what I was doing at the time and it wasn't until I started studying Computer Science at UTK that I began to get the tools necessary to create things "properly".

I'm particularly interested in the fields of software development, web design, and data science. However, I'm always looking for ways to apply my skills to solve real-world problems.

Outside of coding and school, I enjoy playing jazz on tenor sax. It has been a way to balance my creativity in coding and music to stay motivated and it keeps them both exciting and enjoyable as I progress in them. In fact, I believe that both skills benefit from each other.

Now that I've graduated, I'm seeking employment opportunities in the realm of Software Development. If you or anyone you know are looking for new hires, take a look at my resume below!

I want to make elegant solutions that improve the QoL in the context that the application was developed for. Below are some of my favorite projects that I've developed."
